The predecessor to Spire Hospitality, Lane Hospitality, was formed in 1980 to manage hotels owned by the Lane family. After AWH Partners, a NY-based real estate investor with extensive hospitality experience, acquired Lane, it rebranded the company Spire Hospitality.
Building on Lane’s history of industry leading operational success, Spire offers outstanding third party management services to hotel owners and investors. Every member of the Spire team, from its accomplished leadership to its professional staff of hotel associates, is dedicated to providing a world-class experience for guests and the highest possible return for owners and investors.
AWH Partners is comprised of a diverse group of industry veterans with deep experience in real estate investment, development, repositioning and management. Its investment in Spire will ensure the long-term, sustainable growth of the high quality management and operations services provided over three decades by Lane.
