Identifies process constraints and incorporates appropriate decision making and problem-solving techniques. Responsibilities also include providing the shift supervisor with relevant performance feedback in addition to providing daily work direction and leadership to assigned team to maintain and improve business results. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: * Must currently be in TL role for 6+ months. * Looking for development and advancement within Andersen. * Capable of setting up new equipment, process, and documentation for work cells. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. * Must currently be demonstrating proper 5s, processes, and documentation for current work cells. * Strong background with 5s documentation, WWI's, Standard works, etc. * Preference is to understand metrics and projects from current area. * Must be willing to travel out of state occasionally. * Willing to work through trouble shooting with new equipment. * Willing to do project work including working with Engineers and leaders. * Capable of speaking up on concerns and ideas. * Manufacturing Operations experience * Working knowledge of computer systems (MS Office) * Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate employees * Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions and delegate appropriately * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Continuous improvement focus * Proven effectiveness working with others * Must attach resume to application NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
