"I can succeed as a Regional Safety and Security Manager at Capital Group." As a Regional Safety and Security Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Global Security team, a functional team within Capital's Global Risk Management organization. You will be responsible for implementing the global safety and security strategy, including physical security programs, office health and safety programs, and modifying as needed to enhance the safety and security of Capital's global business operations. You will work proactively with key stakeholders, leaders, and partners to identify and mitigate physical security risks that have the potential to impact Capitals' current and future business operations. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
