Job Description
2nd shift Quality line lead Job Band: Non-Banded Job Summary: The Quality Line Technician works in the Quality Department in a self-directed capacity. This Individual is responsible for daily oversight of quality standards and procedures by line production employees working closely with Supervisors and Line Coordinators. They set an example for other employees to follow. They can perform basic job functions of a Line Coordinator but will be given additional Quality training and responsibilities. The candidate will be trained by the Quality staff and be encouraged to perform all assigned Quality tasks to ensure a quality product is produced and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position is also accountable for KHMS FSQ standards as outlined in the Claussen Woodstock accountability document. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Work Environment & Schedule: This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Overtime and weekend work required as dictated by business needs. You may be required to switch schedules or shifts as the need arises. Must wear the following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant shoes, ear plugs.
