Job Summary At West Bend, you will learn the basics of actuarial concepts and how they can be applied in actuarial work. You'll learn basic strategies and pitfalls that broaden your knowledge of what actuaries do and the challenges they face in their work, and understand the role actuaries play in an insurer's operations. You will have the opportunity to have hands on experience by working collaboratively with the other team members in the Actuarial Department and participating in a variety of work projects during the internship. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities:
Assist the actuarial staff in extracting, compiling, reviewing, and analyzing data in support of the goals of the Actuarial Department
