JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Onboards to company's systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.
* Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.
* Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.
* Submits products for analytical testing.
* Utilizes Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.
* Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
* Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Technical rigor to produce, review and document technical and consumer data points
* Execute with excellence - on time and quality unless conditions that may impact outcome are aligned with supervisor
* Experience in R&D processes for testing and documenting results.
* Experience with placement and execution of technical testing and consumer testing
* Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
* Experience on consumer research design is desired but not required
