The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a national plan that offers all-inclusive medical, social, and personal care to seniors who want to continue living in the community safely and avoid nursing home placement. PNW PACE employees provide team-based care and serve our participants at the PACE Center and in their homes. The Nurse Assistant provides services to PACE participants in adult day programming and in the home. FTE: _1.0, Shift: Day _, Schedule: _M-F $5000.00 Sign On with a 24-month commitment and at least 1 year of work experience. Position Summary The Nurse Assistant is responsible for assisting professional clinical personnel in meeting patient care requirements in accordance with Medical Center policies, and Nursing Assistant scope of practice nursing standards. This position works under the direct supervision of assigned professional clinical personnel. Decision-making is limited to daily routines. Decisions regarding patient care or services require the review and approval of the clinician. The position has extensive patient and patient family contact requiring a service oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.09 - $24.97 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
