The Assistant Scientist, under direction of the Principal Investigator, participates in ongoing research projects to study molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying axon regeneration failure and neural damage and to develop effective therapies for CNS damage. After a short term of training for the lab-specific skills, the candidates will be able to perform independent research projects under the supervision of the PI, supervise junior researchers, and manage the research lab Responsibilities include: Required Education & Experience: Required Skills & Abilities: This is a grant funded position.
