Description
As part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University's Saint Joseph's College in Indianapolis, IN, seeks dynamic and innovative leaders for multiple part-time, non-tenure track Adjunct Instructor positions. The adjunct will promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by serving as mentors for our students. We are particularly looking for professionals who can teach courses in Business, Early Childhood Education, Health and Human Services, Health Sciences (Pre-Nursing track), and Information Technology. Our mission, rooted in the liberal arts, is driven by the desire to expand educational opportunities to a diverse student population. We seek enthusiastic, team-oriented instructors to help build an innovative curriculum and engage our students through community partnerships, internships, and experiential learning opportunities. The institution offers a unique "earn and learn" model where students work in their field while pursuing their degrees. As Indy's only program of its kind, it allows students to gain valuable work experience and earn an income while completing their studies. This approach integrates academic learning with practical employment, fostering both professional and personal growth.
