Part-Time Assistant Coach

As part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University seeks qualified applicants for a Part-Time Coach to promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by providing exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff by acting as the primary point of contact for all communication for the Academic Commons. Providing assistance to the general operation for the following programs, baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's bowling, women's bowling, competitive cheer, game day cheer, men's cross country, women's cross country, men's cycling, women's cycling, competitive dance, game day dance, football, men's golf, women's golf, women's lacrosse, men's rugby, men's soccer, women's soccer, softball, men's tennis, women's tennis, men's track and field, women's track and field, women's volleyball, and men's wrestling. This non-benefit eligible position will be required to work evening and weekends throughout the year. Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will help provide leadership, management, and strategic planning for the program. Primary responsibilities will include assisting the head coach in practices and games.

• An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Prior coaching experience (high school, college, and/or studio/club)
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must display excellent customer and staff relation skills
• Knowledge of and a commitment to the mission of Marian University
