Job Description Summary As a Entitlements Director working for Taylor Morrison you will manage land development and regulatory agency activities to meet division financial objectives. Will be responsible to meet or exceed expectations for on-time model opening dates (compared to "proposed" opening dates). FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Range: $126,520-$183,458 Will have responsibilities such as:
