Job Summary: The position will pose (clothed or nude) for various drawing courses at the direction of the Art Instructor as directed. Poses can vary in duration. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have transportation and be punctual. Positions are casual (per diem) and may be available at the Harrisburg, York, and Lancaster campuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience

Licensing Requirements:



  • Valid driver's license

Hiring Range: $15 - $25 per hour

Preferred Qualifications:

(1) previous experience in modeling for an art class (or had an art class with a model so they understand the job of being a model for a class of students),
(2) experience modeling for a photographer or an artist, and
(3) experience holding a pose for up to 30 minutes (with a break if longer)

Job Specific Task List:



  • Posing for an aspiring art student in a classroom or studio. - (Essential)
  • Holding poses or expressions for extended periods of time. - (Essential)
  • Must be comfortable posing clothed or nude in front of a class and be able to take direction from the instructor. - (Essential)
  • Performs other duties as assigned. - (Standard)


Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

If part time, hours per week: up to 20
