Appointments will be made at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank in the Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, Clinical X, Adjunct, or In Residence faculty series. Academic rank is commensurate with experience. Selected candidates will join a major academic medical center. This position may have clinical responsibilities at both the San Francisco and Oakland campuses and would actively contribute to the Department's mission of excellence in research, education, and patient care. The Biochemical Genetics program includes a dedicated nurse clinical coordinator, nurse practitioner, metabolic dietitians, genetic counselor, and genetic counseling assistant. Qualified candidates should possess a medical degree and license, board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics or equivalent.
