What You'll Do:
- Develop capacity models and analyze scenarios to identify production constraints related to staffing, tooling, floor space, and supply availability.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs, including yield, cycle time, and labor hours, to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide clear insights into factory performance and operational trends.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions, improve processes, and achieve production targets.
- Share analytical insights, support project initiatives, and mentor less experienced team members to encourage continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of scripting experience in strong analytics and reporting.
What Sets You Apart:
- MBA or exposure to business, finance or economics is advantageous
- Current or previous experience in a manufacturing, production or semi-conductor industry.
- Experienced with IT-systems in the area of production-control: Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI - (Excel, SAP, SAP ME/ BO, SAP HANA)
- Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.
- Can learn and apply new information or skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.
