Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will support the development, editing, and localization of video content for screens in retail stores, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage multiple agencies, collaborate with creative teams, sales, and channel marketing teams, and curate content across key accounts, from national retailers like Best Buy to smaller regional retailers.

Responsibilities:

* Content Development & Localization: Edit and localize video content for retail screens, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and regional market needs. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce high-quality visuals.

* Retail Floor Curation: Regularly curate and update video content across retail floors for key accounts, ensuring consistency and relevance to drive customer engagement and sales.

* Agency Management: Oversee multiple agencies to support content development and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to brand standards.

* Collaboration with Sales & Channel Marketing: Work closely with sales and channel marketing teams to align visual displays with commercial strategies and promotional campaigns.

* Print Graphic Support: Assist the Senior Manager in leading graphic design for product showcases at retail, including shelf strips, POP, and other visual merchandising elements.

* Quality Control & Updates: Maintain constant quality control and updates to ensure all visual displays and video content are current, accurate, and aligned with product launches and promotions.

* Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets while maintaining attention to detail.

* Retail Visits & Feedback: Conduct regular visits to retail locations to assess visual displays and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.

* 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, video editing, or retail experience management.

* Proven track record in managing agencies and collaborating with creative teams.

* Strong understanding of retail environments and customer engagement strategies.

* Expertise in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and delivery under tight timelines.

* Excellent organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in the consumer electronics or home entertainment industry.

* Expertise in developing localized content for diverse retail markets.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple agencies effectively.

* Familiarity with integrated marketing communication strategies.

* Ability to conduct retail visits and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
