Now Hiring Machine Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire Location: Urbana, OH Pay Rate: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| 2-2-3 Rotating What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes of machine failures. Support production teams by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability. Complete machine installations, modifications, and maintenance projects. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and inventory records. Follow all GMP, Food Safety, and safety procedures. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR related technical schooling. Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and industrial controls. Experience working with injection molding equipment preferred. Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures and industrial safety standards. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on concrete floors throughout the shift. Comfortable working at heights using lifts and fall protection equipment.
