We're hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver in Lansing, MI. This is a local, home-daily driving role with steady routes, excellent pay, and immediate benefits. The ideal candidate will also be experienced on a forklift, as duties may also include the loading and unloading of trailers on our dock in Lansing. What You'll Do Operate 53' dry van trailers hauling automotive freight. Run dock-to-dock deliveries within a 200-mile radius of Lansing. Drive mostly no-touch freight, with potential for multiple stops per trip. Driving Requirements Operate a Class A CDL vehicle pulling 53 dry van trailers. Complete local and regional pickups and deliveries within approximately a 200-mile radius of Lansing, MI. Perform dock-to-dock deliveries of automotive freight. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain DOT compliance and all applicable safety regulations. Communicate load updates, dispatch availability, and equipment concerns to the logistics team. Operate safely and professionally while representing the company at customer locations. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of CDL A driving experience within the last 3 years. Must be at least 22 years old. Valid CDL A license and current DOT Medical Card required. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration completed. Clean MVR with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years. No DUI, reckless driving, or major violations within the past 5 years. Forklift experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills.
