Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare backflow prevention parts, assemblies, kits, and related products for customer orders. Verify order accuracy before shipment. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area. Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed. Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies. Follow company procedures for packaging and order fulfillment. Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining accuracy. Support team operations to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required. Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check. Must be able to interview in person prior to starting employment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of products and materials. Ability to work in a warehouse environment while meeting daily productivity goals. Ability to safely move, organize, and prepare products for shipment.
