This role provides oversight for offshore recruiting operations, coordinates execution across TAG, practice stakeholders, recruiting partners, and operational teams, monitors process performance, recommends improvements, and helps ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality operational delivery. The role is expected to build strong stakeholder relationships, provide excellent customer service, and serve as a trusted expert and point of contact for offshore operations questions, processes, and issue resolution. The position requires initiative, strong organization and follow-through, practical judgment, and the ability to coordinate across departments on significant interdepartmental matters.
What You Will Do:

  • Provide operational oversight for offshore recruiting activities, including requisition intake, candidate tracking, interview coordination, status reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and process adherence
  • Coordinate international staffing augmentation and offshore recruiting operations with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business priorities, operating standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Monitor recruiting and workforce operations workflows, identify bottlenecks or risks, and recommend practical solutions to improve speed, consistency, quality, and stakeholder experience
  • Maintain visibility into offshore recruiting pipeline activity, operational metrics, process milestones, and follow-up needs to support timely decision-making
  • Support evaluation and enhancement of onshore and offshore workforce operations through data, feedback, trend analysis, and practical recommendations
  • Recommend practical solutions that balance process efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, stakeholder needs, and business outcomes
  • Coordinate program operations, including training, systems, logistics, documentation, reporting, and budget inputs as needed
  • Prepare updates and communicate recruiting operations status, program performance, operational insights, risks, and emerging workforce trends to RMPs, MPs and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource and prime contact for assigned workforce operations, offshore recruiting processes, systems, or program components
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by providing responsive, service-oriented support as the offshore operations expert and trusted point of contact for questions, process guidance, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain protocols, tools, process documentation, and reporting routines that support operational consistency, scalability, and measurable outcomes
  • Advise stakeholders on process expectations, system usage, recruiting operations workflows, program functionality, and related operational considerations
  • Review workforce and recruiting operations risks, identify possible solutions or impacts, and communicate concerns clearly to appropriate leaders
  • Help project contributors and operational partners stay organized, effective, and diligent in meeting work goals and deadlines
  • Promote shared learning, collaboration, and professional development within the team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce, recruiting, talent or staffing operations, program management, or a related area
  • Experience managing operational processes, projects, programs, or workstreams supporting recruiting, staffing, workforce planning, or talent-related activities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps or risks, drive timely resolution, and build effective relationships across teams, functions, and levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
