The Role

UST is searching for a Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to join our consulting team. This role will focus on helping clients leverage Workday Prism Analytics to integrate, transform, analyze, and deliver insights from Workday and external data sources.

If you are passionate about Workday technology, data analytics, and helping clients turn complex data into meaningful business insights, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and challenging consulting engagements.

What You'll Do

* Serve as a Workday Prism Analytics subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design, development, testing, and deployment of Prism solutions.

* Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to understand client data, analytics, and reporting needs.

* Design and develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, blending, and analysis.

* Configure Prism Analytics to bring together Workday and external data sources to support business reporting and analytics requirements.

* Develop data models and analytics solutions that provide meaningful business insights.

* Analyze complex data requirements and recommend appropriate Prism Analytics solutions.

* Support data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

* Advise clients on best practices, solution options, risks, and potential impacts related to data and analytics.

* Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to ensure Prism solutions align with overall Workday architecture and business requirements.

* Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and project leadership regarding project status, risks, issues, and deliverables.

* Create and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation.

* Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring to clients and less experienced team members.

* Support multiple client engagements while managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

* Continually identify opportunities to improve the delivery of Workday Prism Analytics solutions and consulting methodologies.

What You Need

* 2+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience or relevant data analytics/consulting experience.

* Active Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics required.

* Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and analytics concepts.

* Experience working with Workday and external data sources.

* Experience designing and implementing data integration and analytics solutions.

* Experience with data transformation, data validation, and data quality processes.

* Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Experience with data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits.

* Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Experience working with data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and technical resources.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple deliverables.

* Adaptable and comfortable working in a consulting environment with changing client requirements.

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

* Experience developing and implementing Workday Prism Analytics solutions across multiple client engagements.

* Experience integrating and analyzing data from Workday and third-party systems.

* Experience with data warehouses, relational databases, SQL, or other data technologies.

* Experience with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

* Experience with Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, or other Workday data and reporting technologies.

* Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.

* Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar enterprise applications.

* Experience supporting multiple Workday Financials or Human Capital Management projects.

* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to client solutions.

* Experience working directly with clients in a requirements, advisory, or solution-design capacity.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.

* MBA or advanced technical/business degree is a plus.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $150,000-$200,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
