• The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing food, beverage, and supply inventory for the hospital's Dietary Department.
• This role ensures accurate inventory control, supports patient meal services, maintains compliance with food safety standards, and optimizes stock levels to reduce waste and control costs.
• The coordinator collaborates closely with purchasing, receiving, and kitchen staff to support efficient and compliant food service operations in a healthcare environment.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of inventory, purchasing, or food service experience.
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting.
