Title: Warehouse Worker I Duration: 2 months Shift/Work Schedule: 1^st Shift. Mon - Fri. 8am - 5pm Location: 1250 Chapel Hill Rd, Burlington, NC, USA, 27215 Summary: This position will be assisting the Express team with a refresh project. This position will be part of the team that will be building, configuring, packing, shipping, and processing returned devices with the end goal of replacing and processing over 600 devices before the end of the year. Job Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for assisting the Express team in providing the company with field-ready IT equipment and processing returned devices. Some common tasks that will be performed are below: Using electric screwdrivers to assemble/disassemble devices. Record data on devices that are sent out and returned from field use. Configure devices using a standard process. Prepare shipping materials for devices. Prepare pack-in documents and items. Pick, pack, and ship orders. Additional responsibilities related to the above may be assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to frequently lift up to 25lbs Ability to follow step-by-step processes A successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, have a willingness to learn multiple tasks, and be willing to fill in where needed. Required Skills: Previous warehouse experience. Able to use an electric screwdriver (low-powered drill). Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. Preferred Skills: Forklift experience. Education Requirement: Highschool diploma / GED
