Competitive Pay: $31.01 - $41.77 based on skills/experience Night Shift: 6pm-6am; 2/3/2 schedule with $1.50/hr shift premium Join Our Maintenance Team Mannington Mills is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Madison, Georgia. This hands-on position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial production equipment and facility systems to support equipment reliability, productivity and uptime. If you have experience with industrial electrical systems, mechanical systems, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and manufacturing equipment, we want to hear from you. This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment maintenance skills assessment. What You'll Do Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime. Inspect, troubleshoot, test and repair industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose equipment and facility malfunctions and identify effective repair solutions. Use technical expertise to identify equipment improvement opportunities. Assist Production with non-routine equipment and operational problems. Support Project Engineers with capital improvement projects as needed. Support processes associated with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work with the ISO Coordinator and standards bodies to support continued compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Complete maintenance activities efficiently and on time while managing multiple priorities. Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of the Maintenance team. What We're Looking For Candidates should have an associate degree, diploma or technical certificate in a related field or 2-5 years of experience involving at least two of the following areas: Plant maintenance Building maintenance Equipment manufacturing Preferred experience includes: 3-5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with industrial mechanical systems and controls. 1-2 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and controls. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize complex tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Flexibility to provide coverage for multiple shifts as needed. Physical Requirements Must be able to safely perform physically demanding maintenance work, including climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting and moving equipment and materials, operating tools, and working in various positions and areas throughout an industrial facility, with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay $31.01-$41.77 per hour, based on skills and experience.
