  • Partner with Talent and programme owners to operationalise learning experiences through the LMS, including configuration, catalogue management, assignments, communications and reporting.
  • Partner with Quality and Compliance to operationalise approved regulated-training requirements and support the onboarding-to-role-specific GxP training hand-off and audit readiness.

  • Monitor LMS data feeds and integrations, partnering with HR Technology/IT to resolve technical issues and maintain data accuracy and reliable reporting.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and operational readiness for LMS functionality and learning content deployed through the platform.
  • Provide LMS guidance, training and support to learners, administrators, global business units and subsidiaries, driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and case-management data.
  • Coordinate LMS vendors and external partners, ensuring work is delivered against agreed priorities, standards and governance.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems or Business; Master's a plus.
  • 7+ years in learning operations, learning technology or L&D, including hands-on experience managing an enterprise LMS/LXP such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors or Degreed in a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Proven experience owning LMS administration, governance and roadmaps, and leading functional implementation of learning technology.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the digital learner experience.
  • Experience applying human-centred design to improve learner journeys, including user research, journey mapping, prototyping and testing.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools, content libraries and digital learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated success translating learning and business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and operational processes, with strong programme management, communications and reporting capabilities.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with strong stakeholder influence, facilitation and vendor-management skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and supporting compliance-learning operations is desirable.
