Program/Logistics Project Manager, Senior

The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Program/Logistics Project Manager to lead a team of logisticians supporting Foreign Military Sales customers. This role coordinates the identification, ordering, and tracking of material across multiple customer countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in partnership with key Navy and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of logisticians responsible for identifying, ordering, and tracking material for multiple customer countries.
• Coordinate with NAVSUP, prime vendors, and PMS 326 Technical Point of Contacts (TPOCs) to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery of material.
• Support FMS program logistics planning and execution activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of experience in Navy Program Management for surface combatant ships, including 6 years of experience in logistics planning and execution for a surface combatant program office.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in four or more of the following Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements: maintenance planning and test equipment, technical documentation, supply support, computer resources, facilities, manpower and personnel, packaging/handling/transportation, and training.

Security Clearance: Secret

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
