Location: Centennial, CO Position Summary The Preconstruction Coordinator provides administrative, technical, and field engineering support to Forgen's preconstruction and operations teams. This position assists with the preparation of estimates, quantity takeoffs, proposal documents, project capture activities, and preconstruction-to-operations turnover. Working closely with Estimators, Project Managers, Engineers, and Capture Teams, the Preconstruction Coordinator helps ensure bids, proposals, and project startup activities are accurate, organized, and aligned with company standards. The role combines responsibilities in estimating support, field engineering, CAD drafting, quantity takeoffs, and proposal development while providing exposure to the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification through project execution. Physical Demands & Work Environment This office and field hybrid role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
