The Role:

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales and marketing operations through financial data management, reporting, administrative coordination, and system administration. They are responsible for efficient, accurate, and timely support for multiple sales teams through a variety of tasks and dedicated responsibilities.

This position analyzes business data, maintains critical records, prepares sales documentation, and collaborates across departments to improve efficiency and support organizational goals. The Sales Coordinator works closely with the Corporate Sales team to support Odom's employees and clients.

What You'll Do:

Financial Data Management and Reporting



  • Source, generate, and analyze information for high-volume data entry of Local Marketing Fund expenses
  • Conduct thorough expense report analysis using the Pivot Payables-Concur reporting tool
  • Perform GL coding of marketing invoices within the Medius application
  • Maintain internal sales-related spreadsheets to ensure current, accurate, and timely information
  • Analyze data, prepare presentation statistics, and identify key trends


Administrative and Sales Support



  • Generate and prepare sales and marketing documents using RAS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other applicable programs
  • Support the Chain Sales Team through cross-training on portals and vendor forms
  • Manage access and user setup for multiple external sales portals
  • Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties as requested by supervisors or senior sales management
  • Organize tasks, establish priorities, and manage requests from multiple sources


Communication and Collaboration



  • Utilize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to communicate and collaborate with staff across multiple locations
  • Coordinate information and support across departments and teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Serve as a resource for sales-related systems, portals, and documentation processes through cross-functional collaboration


What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience

Required



  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel


Preferred



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in beverage distribution, consumer packaged goods, or wholesale distribution


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Understanding of accounting payment processing and GL coding
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving
  • Interpersonal competency
  • Leadership competency (if applicable)

Job Details



  • $27.00 - $35.00 hourly (depending on experience)
  • $500 employment bonus after 6 months and $500 employment bonus after 12 months of employment
