On-Call Concierge

We are seeking a professional, polished, dependable, and service-oriented On-Call Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional client service throughout the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service, communicates professionally, presents themselves well, and can adapt quickly to different client needs and environments. The On-Call Concierge will be responsible for responding to scheduled and short-notice assignments and providing courteous, attentive, and reliable assistance to clients.

• Provide professional and welcoming concierge services to clients
• Respond to client requests with a helpful, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude
• Assist with errands, deliveries, reservations, coordination, and other concierge-related requests
• Provide general client support based on individual assignment requirements
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, vendors, and team members
• Arrive on time and fully prepared for each assignment
• Handle client information and requests with discretion and professionalism
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and assignment-specific instructions
• Represent the company positively when interacting with clients and the public
• Remain flexible and adaptable as client needs and assignments may vary
