We seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to assist Professor Kelli Sharp's laboratory to aid in dance science human movement research. The laboratory focuses on the intersection of dance and science for performing artists and various neurodivergent populations. The appointment is at 30% (hours variable per week; up to 12 hours per week) from October 15, 2026, through April 1, 2027, with the possibility of an extension. A grant-funded position, the budgeted pay rate for this position is $27.30 per hour. Major Job Responsibilities Qualifications Candidate must have at least a BFA, or BS, in dance or exercise physiology (or equivalent). Candidate should be familiar with a wide range of technical skills with working knowledge of various data collection methods used in movement-based human research. Candidate should have good organizational and time management skills. A familiarity with motion capture data collection methods is an asset.
