Job Responsibilities:

The Manager Membership Analytics and Reporting plays a key role in advancing membership strategy by leading analytics, reporting, and licensure data processes that support recruitment, retention, and overall membership growth and stabilization. The role is accountable for the accuracy and delivery of dashboards and official reporting, as well as the integration of licensure data, ensuring reliable information that informs membership performance and key KPIs. This position delivers analytically driven insights by identifying trends and translating complex data into actionable recommendations, while collaborating across teams and partners to support informed, data driven decision making and data strategy execution.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years experience (or 9 years experience in lieu of degree) in/with:

    • using enterprise level relationship management or data platforms (e.g., AMS/CRM systems)
    • managing end to end delivery of analytics or data related initiatives, including requirements gathering, and delivery
    • data management, report development, dashboard creation, and project management using business intelligence tools or enterprise reporting capabilities
    • complex datasets to support business analysis, data validation, reporting, and decision-making
    • gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions
    • collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting and analytics initiatives


  • General understanding of enterprise systems and how data supports reporting and decision-making
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, analytical, collaboration prioritization, presentation, and data management skills
  • A self-starter, results-focused, and strategic
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Ability to build intuitive, scalable reporting solutions, support self-service analytics, and synthesize data into clear, actionable narratives that inform strategic decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable analytical tools
  • Experience using business intelligence platforms (e.g., Information Builders/WebFOCUS, Power BI, Tableau) or enterprise reporting tools to develop reports and dashboards
  • Position may require before or after hours work
