Primary responsibilities of this position will be to support all students toward appropriate self-care, self-management, and self-advocacy. The Care Coordinator works with students experiencing varying levels of crisis and concerns that include, but are not limited to, academic, personal, financial, mental and physical health, and family issues. This position is highly collaborative and plays an active role in non-clinical student case management, developing and implementing both long- and short-term response plans. This position is part of the Office of the Dean of Students within the Division of Student Affairs. Essential Functions: Student Services

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred. Two to four years of progressively responsible full-time experience in student affairs practice in higher education or related field. The successful candidate should have some combination of knowledge and skills in the following areas:
