Position Summary: The Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead, Pegtibatinase is responsible for developing and executing the U.S. commercial strategy and leading launch preparation for pegtibatinase in classical homocystinuria (HCU). This role will serve as the U.S. Product Strategy Lead for PegT, lead the PegT marketing organization, and provide integrated commercial leadership across the extended launch team. The individual will be accountable for translating market, customer, and patient insights into a differentiated product strategy, go-to-market model, and coordinated launch plan that supports successful commercialization. The role will directly lead HCP, patient/caregiver, and patient services marketing and will partner closely with Patient Access, Commercial Insights & Operations, Sales, Digital Strategy & Innovation, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Regulatory, and other functions to ensure commercial launch readiness.
