The Associate Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for learning andassisting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used inlocal, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs.They will work under the supervision of asenior, experiencedin programming languages, tools, and delivery models and collaborate with variousstakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires anunderstanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiplestakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process isrunning smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organization's software applications areeffective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Gather and document system requirements, to create a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project Research and analyze coding best practices and help with routine development tasks Gather necessary information aboutthe installation and maintenance of software, as well as organize thatinformation into an accessible format Collect feedback from various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers, assisting inmaintaining transparency and communication Monitor industry news and trends, contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programminglanguages This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office. This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Must be eighteen years or older Required Qualifications: Basic knowledge of software development tools such as Git or Jenkins Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to support and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby Experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in application development or application engineering Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.) Must be (18) eighteen years of age Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ignition or other SCADA software Experience in a manufacturing environment Technical Skills: Database Management Systems Front-end Development Tools Programming Languages Cloud Technologies & Platforms Data Analysis Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Front-End Coding Languages Web Services & APIs Systems Integration Software Testing & Quality Assurance Methodologies & Tools Automated Testing Tools Travel: 15%
