Position Summary The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Customer Service activities, addressing customer requirements, and ensuring effective service operations. This role provides team direction, monitors performance, resolves escalated issues, advances process improvement, and ensures alignment with divisional policies, procedures, and customer expectations. This position plays a key role in promoting service excellence, operational efficiency, and positive customer relationships. Scope, Supervision, and Interaction This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and has direct reports. The Customer Service Supervisor provides guidance, coaching, training, and performance support to Customer Service team members while participating in daily operations. This role works closely with customers, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Pricing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to support business objectives and promote a positive customer experience.
