What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern,you'llspend the summer working alongside two teams:your respective department and your interncohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule.You'llspend the other 20% oninternshipexperiences that include a kickoff conference,professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functionalprojects,and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand yournetwork,and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

• Identifying and developing automation and alignment opportunities within back office solutions
• Providing direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations
• Working with business users to understand requirements and expectations
• Facilitating interactions among different functional groups within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currentlyenrolledin an accredited College or University completing abachelor'sdegree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
