Functional & Electronic Architecture Technical Manager

The Functional & Electronic Architecture Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the full vehicle scope of the Atlantis High Functional & Electronic Architecture, encompassing both Core and EdgeECUs as well as all vehicle software.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Leadtechnical discussions within the module teams and across the vehicle platform to drive alignment and reach robust technical solution.
  • Collaborateclosely with System Team to address integration challenges and manage multi-module constraints.
  • Monitorand report technical status and KPI across modules, including requirement tracking, development progress and validation status.
  • Chair the Change Control Board (CCB) decision meetings, ensuring timely and effective resolution of change requests.
  • Organize and lead workshops and action plans to resolve inconsistencies or gap relative to target architecture or performance.
  • Facilitateseamless integration of all module teams into the vehicle platform, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, scalability issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Own and maintain the Global Feature Readiness Availability and Testability Control File, ensuring consistency between functional design readiness, target software implementation dates, actualsoftware availability, and testability status.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
  • Proven leadership and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and communicate information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook).



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET-accredited university.
  • Project Management (PM) certification or equivalent.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
