Role Overview The Director, Product Management, Data owns the data strategy, governance, and analytics foundation for the organization, closing one of our most critical gaps to scale. Reporting into the Operations organization within Agentforce Operations (formerly Regrello), this leader is accountable for establishing trusted datasets, unified metric definitions, and consistently high data quality across the entire customer lifecycle. Central to the role is a data-as-a-product mindset, treating datasets, metrics, and pipelines as products with clear owners, well-defined internal customers, and a managed lifecycle, so that leaders across the business can self-serve trusted answers rather than wait on a central team. As both a builder and an evangelist for product management, the Director defines the vision and operating model for how data products are delivered, pairing industry best practices with hands-on execution to move the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven operations. They own a prioritized roadmap for data products and platform investments, making deliberate build, buy, and extend decisions after assessing the existing Salesforce infrastructure, then connecting, extending, or building the integrated, value-driven analytics capability the business needs to operate and grow on a scalable foundation. Beyond the platform itself, this role pioneers net-new AI agent capabilities and ensures the data foundation is AI- and ML-ready, so that agents and models can act on data that is trustworthy, well-governed, and fit for purpose. Success depends on partnership. The Director works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and GTM to align on strategy, proactively manage risk, and build the relationships that turn a data vision into durable business impact. The Director is also accountable for the success of the data products themselves, defining and tracking adoption, usage, trust, time-to-insight, and ROI to prove and grow their value over time. This is a unique opportunity to be a driver of change, shaping the direction of the company's data foundation. Key Responsibilities
