Description Your Role Gensler Newport Beach is seeking an early career Designer. You will collaborate with a team of architects and interior designers to develop ambitious design concepts and in many cases advance the design through all phases of project delivery, building toward licensure and a reputation for being a well-rounded architect. You will be successful because you already know how to translate conceptual ideas and sketches into 3D models and have some experience with working drawings, and you are inquisitive about technical challenges as they arise. As an early career professional you may have a role on a wide range of project types including those in the education market, healthcare and commercial markets.
