As a Sub-Regional Planning & Scheduling Lead, you will be responsible for leading integrated planning andscheduling activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects within an assigned region. This role serves as the primary planning leader for the sub-region, providing portfolio oversight, schedule governance, risk management, and team leadership to help ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will lead a team of planners while providing strategic oversight of project schedules, risks,forecasting, and delivery performance. This individual will work closely with project teams, construction partners,consultants, and senior stakeholders to drive consistency, predictability, and operational excellence across theportfolio. This role requires a proven background in construction planning and scheduling, strong leadership capabilities, andthe ability to influence outcomes across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, anddelivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
