Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*The UM Support Analyst/Admin provides administrative and data-entry support for UM prior authorization requests.
*The role works in Facets, File Bound, and Jira and is responsible for making outbound notification calls to providers and members.
*Prior Health First and Anthem prior authorization experience is a plus.
