About the Opportunity:
  • We're seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Specialist to support the delivery of mission-critical tactical communications solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Business Development, customers, prime contractors, and internal teams to move opportunities through the pre-sales process while helping deliver the right technical solutions for end users and warfighters.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the development of technical requirements and formal responses to U.S. Government RFQs/RFPs for tactical communications equipment.
  • Collaborate with customers, prime contractors, and system integrators to tailor solutions to specific operational requirements.
  • Review technical configurations for accuracy, recommend alternative products when appropriate, and provide technical guidance to end users.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, field-team material requisitions, and other activities that support successful customer engagements.
  • Maintain accurate product forecasts and support Program Managers with major program initiatives and business objectives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales or sales support.
  • 6+ years of experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • 6+ years of experience in RF communications/systems.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • U.S. Military experience
  • Knowledge of client Tactical products and RF communications.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Product demo planning experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized.
