Compensation Range: $24.00 - $27.00 Learn More About EAS Job Purpose As a Engineering Clerical Assistant at Bren-Tronics, part of EnerSys and a manufacture of advanced portable power solutions we are seeking a motivated and organized Engineering Clerical Assistant to support our engineering team with a wide range of administrative and document control tasks. The ideal candidate is a self starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Basic English/Spanish translation capability is a strong plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide basic English/Spanish translation for documents and communications (strong plus) Prepare, edit, and proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Perform photocopying, scanning, filing, and general document management Utilize Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Expedite engineering documentation through company processes, including collecting and routing items for signature approvals Perform pick up and drop off of small equipment or documents as needed Support engineering staff with administrative tasks and clerical assistance Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Track and follow up on pending documentation, approvals, and requests Assist in general office tasks to help keep engineering operations running smoothly Handling small but essential support tasks such as retrieving, delivering, and organizing hardware and documentation Qualifications US Person required High school diploma or equivalent required Prior administrative clerical experience a plus Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Able to work independently and proactively; self starter with ambition Basic bilingual English/Spanish ability strongly preferred (basic written translations) Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting with multiple departments Positive attitude and willingness to jump-in wherever needed General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
