Job Title: Systems Engineer Location: Austin, Texas Job Title/High Level Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Engineer to join our Enabling Technologies group, focused on the design, integration, and optimization of advanced surgical navigation, and visualization systems. This role supports the development of software- and hardware-integrated solutions for orthopedic procedures, with a strong emphasis on system-level architecture, performance, and reliability. The Systems Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, clinical research, and product management to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration of components across the surgical ecosystem. The ideal candidate is experienced in complex system design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about developing technologies that improve surgical precision and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Define, design, and support system-level architecture for surgical navigation, and visualization platforms Scope / Role Dimensions * Supports development of integrated surgical navigation, and visualization systems for orthopedic procedures Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Desired Qualifications * Experience in medical device systems engineering or regulated environments (FDA/ISO) Core Competencies * System Thinking: Ability to design and evaluate complex integrated systems end-to-end Working Conditions * Primarily office or laboratory-based environment Who We're Looking For: * Passionate About Technology - driven to build integrated systems that improve surgical precision and patient outcomes Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
