Michigan St., Milwaukee, WI 53203 Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Administrator Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Salesforce CPQ Administrator reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to conduct business intelligence analysis. Produce business intelligence data and reports to identify business patterns and trends. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Gather and document requirements for system improvements and integrations. Advise on Configure Price Quote ("CPQ") best practices and limitations related to pricing strategies. Configure and optimize Logik.ai to enhance product configuration, pricing, and quoting workflows. Collaborate with Logik.ai modelers to refine CPQ functionality and ensure integration with Salesforce. Develop business products and associate pricing/product rules and strategies to arrive at desired configuration. Research and create multi-currency price books for company products based on business strategies and models. Support reporting requirements with CPQ objects, manage quoting and quote terms approval processes, and troubleshoot and provide solutions to CPQ limitations. Analyze business scenarios and translate those to capabilities within the CPQ objects. Develop continuous improvement roadmaps of the Salesforce platform. Assist in developing and maintaining data validation rules and workflows. Ensure data integrity and operational reliability of business analytics, tools, and processes. Create and refine business management reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. permitted up to 5 days per week. Annual Salary: $94,037 - $151,200/year. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering Management, or a related field plus 2 years of business intelligence analysis experience. Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following: 1. Producing business intelligence data and reports to identify business patterns and trends; 2. Advising on Configure Price Quote ("CPQ") best practices and limitations related to pricing strategies; 3. Analyzing business scenarios and translating those to capabilities within the CPQ objects; 4. Ensuring data integrity and operational reliability of business analytics, tools, and processes; and 5.
