Our Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the Firm's long-term vision and ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The team conducts comprehensive market and financial analyses, evaluates the competitive landscape and formulates strategies, overseeing their execution from inception to completion. All decision-making is grounded in a robust fact base, ensuring informed and effective strategies. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Strategy team sets priorities, allocates resources efficiently and drives key initiatives. They continuously monitor industry trends, client needs and regulatory changes, proactively adapting the Firm's strategies. By fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement, the Strategy team ensures that the Firm remains agile, forward-thinking and well positioned for future success.
Position Summary As part of the Strategy team, you will help us to formulate and execute key strategic projects that are instrumental to delivering on our Firm's 2028 vision of creating a distinctive client experience as well as develop future phases of the Firm's strategy. Under the direction of the Global Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with the Executive Committee (EC), Strategy Committees and task forces, relevant functional leaders, and strategy team to drive initiatives from strategy formulation to execution. Duties and Accountabilities The roles and responsibilities of this job include: Working closely with the broader Strategy team, internal stakeholders, and external consultants, you will lead key workstreams within complex strategy engagements. You are expected to independently drive the research and analysis agenda, take accountability for the quality and integrity of deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and proactively manage work plans and deadlines. The New York salary range is: $104,000 - $156,000.
