About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and driven individual to take on a critical role in enhancing our client's digital security and client authentication processes. In this position, you will be instrumental in safeguarding client interactions and ensuring the integrity of their online experiences. You will lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for online security, authentication, and digital identity, directly influencing the trust and confidence our clients place in our services. What You'll Do



  • Oversee the lifecycle of product features, client journeys, and application platforms crucial for ensuring secure and valid client access.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive feature, product, and channel roadmap to strategically guide and prioritize group initiatives.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, collaborating with UX, technology, and business partners to design and execute experiments that refine solutions.
  • Define and create detailed product stories with clear acceptance criteria, based on client needs, and partner with the technology team for successful delivery.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers by leveraging data, existing studies, and collaborating with research teams to initiate new studies or experiments.
  • Engage with vendors to secure support for various platforms, coordinate product upgrades, and contribute to their product roadmaps.
  • Research, evaluate, and propose innovative technologies and techniques that align with the requirements of various digital channels.
  • Identify potential risks in current and proposed solutions, recommend effective resolutions, controls, or mitigation strategies, and implement and monitor these controls while escalating significant risks or gaps.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to develop advanced authentication techniques.
  • Work alongside channel partners and other product managers to design and implement robust online identity management and authentication processes and systems.
  • Champion the creation of experiences that are intuitive, easy to understand, and readily accepted by users.
  • Formulate release plans in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms for Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics, and continuously monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication with a wide array of upstream and downstream stakeholders.
  • Provide essential first-line support to various internal stakeholders, including technical support and service teams, as well as sales staff, by addressing client inquiries and resolving escalations.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Proven product management experience specifically within online security, authentication, fraud prevention, and/or digital identity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • Superior analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
  • Documented experience in agile product development methodologies.
  • Practical experience with user testing and competitive intelligence.
