*Senior** Project Manager / 100% Remote / (12 Month Contract)*
*The Opportunity* * We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic Deposit Regional Pricing Transformation initiative. This high-visibility program will help establish region-specific and channel-specific pricing capabilities across consumer and business banking products, supporting growth, member acquisition, retention, competitiveness, and profitability. * This role requires a seasoned banking Project Manager who can successfully navigate complex business and technology environments, drive executive-level alignment, and manage large-scale enterprise transformation efforts. * General IT Project Management experience alone is not sufficient for this opportunity. *Ideal Candidate* The ideal candidate is a high level Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading banking or financial services transformation programs. They possess deep expertise in deposit products, can effectively partner with executive leadership, and have a successful track record managing complex business and technology dependencies across enterprise organizations. *Top Required Skills* * *Financial Services & Deposit Product Expertise* * Banking, credit union, or financial services experience * Knowledge of deposit products including checking, savings, money market accounts, and CDs * Understanding of deposit pricing strategies and interest rate management * *Enterprise Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management* * Experience leading enterprise-scale programs with multiple business and technology stakeholders * Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority * Experience managing steering committees and matrixed organizations * *Complex Systems & Dependency Management* * Experience coordinating across core banking platforms, digital channels, pricing engines, operational processes, and system integrations * Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities * Experience evaluating buy, build, and reuse solutions within enterprise environments *Key Responsibilities* * Lead end-to-end project management for a major deposit pricing transformation initiative * Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, governance, and executive reporting * Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process definition * Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Finance, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, UX, and Digital teams * Drive strategic decision-making related to technology solutions and implementation approaches * Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk management requirements * Support change management, training, implementation planning, and operational readiness activities * Provide executive-level communications and updates to leadership teams and steering committees *Required Qualifications* * 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience * 5+ years of banking, financial services, or credit union experience * Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives * Direct experience with deposit products or deposit pricing programs * Experience supporting core banking systems and system integrations * Consumer and Business Banking experience * Regulatory, compliance, and risk management project experience * Experience managing large cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders * PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar certifications preferred * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
