Your Job

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Product Management Co-op to join the Commercialization Product Management team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting product lifecycle management activities while working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will assist with daily operational activities including pricing requests, customer inquiries, sample order coordination, data management, and product support processes. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to develop business, product management, and commercial skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

Product Management Support

  • Support the Product Management team with day-to-day activities across the Commercialization product portfolio.
  • Assist with pricing requests by gathering information, reviewing quote requests in PROS, and maintaining pricing-related documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the product team inbox, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate stakeholders and responses are provided in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to address customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and communication.

Customer & Commercial Support

  • Coordinate customer and intercompany sample order requests, working with manufacturing plants and internal teams to meet requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining customer-facing information and documentation.
  • Support Product Managers in responding to customer questions regarding products, availability, and commercialization activities.
  • Help ensure a high level of customer service through prompt communication and issue resolution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of product presentations, reports, and business updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to project execution.
  • Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Product Management, Marketing, Operations, or Commercial functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and support team objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
