What You'll Do As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, you will: * Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. * Apply expertise across areas such as: * Large Language Models (LLMs) * Generative AI * Natural Language Processing (NLP) * Computer Vision * Predictive Analytics * Recommendation Systems * Translate cutting-edge research and experimental AI concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade products. * Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive business impact. * Establish technical best practices and influence AI strategy across the organization. * Build, optimize, and deploy AI solutions in cloud environments. * Help define the future direction of AI initiatives while mentoring and guiding technical teams. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of software engineering experience using languages such as: * Python * C# * Java * JavaScript * C/C++ * 2+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as: * PyTorch * TensorFlow * Similar ML frameworks * Hands-on experience implementing generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI frameworks in production environments. * Proven success delivering large-scale AI/ML applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Strong understanding of: * Machine Learning algorithms * Deep Learning architectures * Data structures * Optimization techniques * Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar technologies. * Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience with: * Transformer architectures * Edge AI * Federated Learning * Real-time inference systems * Open-source contributions, patents, published research, or other thought leadership within the AI community.
