- Standard DSP pays $16/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour.There is also a $2,500 hiring bonus for this position.
- Awake Overnight DSP pays $16/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour. There is also a $2,500 hiring bonus for this position.
Shifts:
- We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time.
Qualifications:
- No education requirements.
- No previous experience required.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
- The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
Positive Support Specialist: Pay:
- Positive Support Specialist pays $20/hour. There is also a $2,500 hiring bonus for this position.
Shifts:

Qualifications:
- One year of working with individuals with maladaptive behavioral history and knowledge of behavior management techniques preferred.
- One year of CRS, 245D, or SCS experience.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
- The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
Designated Coordinator: Pay:
- Designated Coordinator has an annual salary of $48,500.
Shifts:
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- An associate's degree in a field related to Human Services and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- A diploma in a field related to Human Services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to Human Services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses 1 to 3.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
- The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
Work Environment:
- Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs
